Award Winning Chili Recipe by Joni & Chrissie
1 lb of ground beef
1 lb of mild Italian sausage
˝ lb pork tenderloin (cut up in small pieces)
˝ large onion or 1 small onion (yellow sweet onion)
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp chocolate cocoa powder
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 beer
1 can white kidney beans
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/3 cup chili powder
1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 Tsp Cumin Cook all meats together in big saucepan with a ˝ of beer.
Once boiling add all ingredients and let simmer on low.
*add remaining beer
*do not drain any liquids from kidney beans or tomatoes. (Add in pot) Use hand held potato masher to mash all ingredients together about every half hour.
Let simmer 3 to 4 hours
