A native and life-long resident of Florida, I posses a knowledge of this town’s real estate market that is unmatched. After high school I graduated from the University of South Florida in 2002 with a BA degree in Criminology. I worked as an insurance adjuster for 3 years and worked for a title company in 2005. November 2005 I changed directions and decided to pursue my career in the mortgage business where I gained a wealth of knowledge and decided to leap into the Real Estate business. July 2010 I achieved my Real Estate License and joined the Coulter Team. Married with one son, I love the outdoors, sports and spending time with my family. I love meeting and working with new people and my best advertisement comes from satisfied clients. A truly honest, hardworking, committed, and optimistic person, I have stepped into the world of real estate hoping to fill the dreams of homeownership for others. Crissy
Crissy moved to Celebration in 2001, she is married, has 2 children and can’t think of a better place to raise her family. In 1996, my wife Mary Jo and I moved from Ohio, the only place I’d ever called home, to begin the second phase of our lives. We quickly settled into our new community of Celebration. Mary Jo returned to the classroom after having spent 31 years as a teacher in Ohio, and I entered the field of Real Estate for the second time. Having been in the business during the late 70’s and early 80’s, I realized being a highly educated Realtor was very important. I have since achieved my GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and the Century 21 Fine Home and Estates designation. I look forward to helping many of you begin your second life in a great community like Celebration. 

Mark Z
I grew up in South Florida where I attended the University of Miami, graduating in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. I moved to Orlando in 1981 and quickly fell in love with the small town atmosphere that was and still is so prevalent. Since moving to Orlando I have been involved with the Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, the YMCA, and I am a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in the Dr. Phillips area.
Education has always been important to me, I was granted an MBA degree in 2008 from the University of Phoenix. I believe that you can never stop learning in either your personal or your professional lives. I will treat your real estate needs as if they were my own and look forward to working with you.

I am a lifelong resident of Florida, born and raised on the east coast. I love living in Florida and enjoy the rich beauty and variety of activities our area has to offer.
